Andersen is an international IT company and one of the leaders in outsourcing software development. We create digital products for clients worldwide and believe that quality software starts with quality testing.
A traineeship is more than just learning. It’s a fast track into IT for those who already have a foundation in testing and are ready to move from theory to real-world tasks, automation, and their first commercial project.
The QA Automation Traineeship at Andersen is an opportunity to strengthen your automation testing skills, work on training projects under the guidance of experienced specialists, and join the team upon successful completion of the program.
Applications are open in Georgia: candidates from Tbilisi and Batumi attend the program in-office, while participants from other cities across Georgia can join online.
5 months: from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project.
Full-time commitment — 5 days a week, 8 hours a day: an intensive format designed to help you reach a professional level faster.
A hands-on approach. Less abstract theory, more tasks that closely reflect real development environments.
Career-focused training. The program is dedicated to developing the skills required for a successful start in IT. As this is an educational initiative, no scholarship is provided during the traineeship.
