Чем предстоит заниматься
Coordinate delivery of technical initiatives across engineering teams
Track progress, commitments, dependencies, and delivery risks
Proactively identify blockers and follow up until they are resolved
Work closely with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, Product Owners, and QA
Help teams clarify requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes
Maintain clear visibility of project status, milestones, and upcoming deliverables
Organize and facilitate focused team meetings when needed
Keep Jira and Confluence information accurate and up to date
Communicate delivery risks early and propose possible next steps
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve delivery predictability
Наши требования
2+ years of experience in technical product management, project management, business analysis, or a similar role
English B2+ or higher, including the ability to participate in and facilitate meetings
Experience working with software engineering teams
Understanding of software development processes, APIs, and system integrations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-team dependencies
Proactive mindset and strong follow-up skills
Ownership of tasks and problems through resolution
Clear written and verbal communication
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Ability to work independently and escalate issues when necessary
Understanding of Agile practices and delivery metrics
Experience in Payments or FinTech
