We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to support a senior leader by improving workflows, introducing AI and automation solutions, and providing analytical support.
Наши требования
2+ years of experience in Business Operations, Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Management Consulting, Strategy & Operations, Project Management, or a related field
Experience with process optimization, automation, or operational improvement
Hands-on experience with AI tools, AI agents, and automation platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, Power Automate, or similar
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills
Ability to independently identify problems, structure tasks, and implement solutions
Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
English — B2 or above

Analyze and optimize existing workflows and operational processes
Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation and AI-powered solutions, including AI agents
Develop and maintain processes, controls, and operating procedures
Collect and analyze operational data, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives from idea to implementation
Research and implement AI, automation, and productivity tools to improve operational efficiency
Support ad-hoc analytical and operational projects for senior management
