Чем предстоит заниматься

Analyzing business needs and designing system integrations between the banking mobile application, internal banking systems, and third-party services

Gathering and analyzing business and system requirements for new features and integrations, from initial concept to implementation

Reading and describing REST APIs using Swagger and Postman, documenting request/response structures and error handling

Mapping data between frontend (mobile and web applications), backend services, and core banking systems for loyalty transactions

Describing interactions between frontend and backend components, ensuring seamless data flow for bonus operations across iOS and Android platforms

Collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, project managers) to ensure business requirements are fully understood and implemented

Analyzing complex business processes and systems within the banking loyalty domain, identifying improvements and integration points

Documenting integration requirements for partner systems and banking products, ensuring alignment with loyalty program logic

Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into clear specifications and technical documentation

Наши требования

Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering for 4+ years

Experience in the FinTech domain

Experience in analyzing and designing system integrations, from initial requirements gathering and API assessment to technical documentation and implementation support

Experience in both systems analysis and business analysis

Experience with Swagger, Postman

Experience reading and describing APIs

Experience describing interactions between Frontend and Backend

Experience in data mapping

Experience in PostgreSQL (schema design, query analysis)

Familiarity with banking products and services

Experience in sequence diagram creation for process and system flow visualization

Experience creating C4 diagrams (component/container level) to model system architecture

Experience in mobile application development, including knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and mobile development methodologies

Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes and systems

Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure that business requirements are met

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above

MongoDB knowledge

Certifications Azure, Oracle, Microsoft, UiPath, AWS, Antropic
