Andersen is an international IT company and one of the leaders in software outsourcing. We create digital products for clients worldwide and believe that high-quality technical solutions begin with a deep understanding of systems, processes, and requirements.
A traineeship is more than just learning. It is an opportunity to see a product through the eyes of developers, architects, and business stakeholders, understand how requirements are transformed into technical specifications, and how ideas become working systems.
The System Analysis Traineeship at Andersen offers a chance to immerse yourself in real software development processes, develop systems thinking, learn how to analyze and document requirements, design solutions, and join our team upon successful completion of the program.
