Чем предстоит заниматься

Gather, analyze and structure business requirements from stakeholders to ensure clear alignment between business needs and technical implementation

Translate business requirements into functional, system and data-related requirements for delivery teams

Analyze business processes, user needs and operational problems to identify improvement opportunities and support solution design

Collaborate with engineering, data, BI, QA and delivery teams to clarify business logic, data dependencies, reporting needs and validation expectations

Support analysis of data flows, data structures, transformations and source-to-target logic from a business perspective

Prepare and maintain clear documentation including requirements, process flows, business rules, data-related rules, acceptance criteria and supporting artifacts

Validate delivered functionality, reports, dashboards or data outputs against business expectations and acceptance criteria

Facilitate stakeholder discussions, clarify ambiguity, manage expectations and ensure shared understanding across business and technical teams

Наши требования

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in data-driven, backend, platform, reporting or analytics-related environments

Expertise in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, stakeholder communication, documentation and acceptance criteria definition

Capability to work at the intersection of Business Analysis and Data with willingness to deepen knowledge in technical areas

Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, validation, business logic clarification and investigation of system behavior

Familiarity with Power BI or other data analysis tools, data platforms and ETL processes

Skills in data validation, modeling and maintaining data structures and data flows and creating and testing Power BI reports and dashboards

Understanding of backend systems, data platforms and integrations including data exchange formats such as JSON/XML

Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, engineering, data and BI specialists, QA, delivery managers and vendors

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, ownership and ability to work with ambiguity

Advanced English proficiency preferably C1 level for client-facing communication, workshops, documentation and stakeholder alignment
