Developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and web services
Implementing and maintaining Apex triggers using established trigger frameworks and Salesforce development best practices
Building and enhancing custom Lightning Web Components to support business requirements
Configuring and maintaining Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud functionality
Maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms, including Shopify, Zapier, Meta Ads, and Spotify
Supporting existing Spotify integration functionality, investigating issues, and implementing improvements without rebuilding the integration from scratch
Developing and maintaining API-based integrations, using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and other integration mechanisms where applicable
Supporting data synchronization and automated workflows across Salesforce and connected platforms
Investigating and resolving technical issues, identifying root causes, and improving the reliability and performance of existing solutions
Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Working with an existing codebase, understanding established architecture and business logic, and making changes without disrupting current functionality
Writing and maintaining unit tests, technical documentation, and deployment-related materials
Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure the quality, stability, and maintainability of the solution

Hands-on experience with Salesforce development using Apex for 3+ years, including triggers, trigger frameworks, and web services
Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript
Practical experience with Salesforce Flows and business process automation
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through APIs and web services
Understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, authentication mechanisms, and data synchronization principles
Experience maintaining and troubleshooting existing third-party integrations
Familiarity with Shopify, Zapier, and Meta Ads integrations or similar e-commerce and marketing platforms
Ability to investigate and enhance an existing Spotify integration; prior experience with Spotify APIs or integrations is an advantage
Understanding of Salesforce governor limits, error handling, and integration best practices
Experience writing Apex unit tests and maintaining code quality
Ability to work independently with an existing codebase and understand established business logic
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above
Experience with eCommerce integrations and Shopify data flows
Experience with marketing automation, advertising platforms, and customer data synchronization
Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and asynchronous processing
Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations and data management
Experience working with existing third-party integrations where troubleshooting and incremental improvements are required
