О роли
We’re looking for a Middle Recruiter who feels confident managing full-cycle recruitment independently and enjoys working with international markets. You’ll work closely with international hiring managers, support business growth in emerging markets, and contribute directly to building strong commercial teams.
Чем предстоит заниматься
Managing full-cycle recruitment for BDM and Sales roles across Africa and Asia
Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels
Conducting HR interviews and assessing candidates’ motivation, communication style, and market fit
Coordinating interview stages with hiring managers and keeping the process moving
Maintaining a well-organized and healthy recruitment pipeline
Providing regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights
Ensuring a smooth, professional, and friendly candidate experience
Наши требования
3+ years of recruitment experience
At least 1 year of experience in international hiring
Experience hiring BDMs, Sales Managers, or other commercial roles
Experience working with Africa and/or Asia markets
Confidence managing roles independently from intake to offer
Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
Good organizational skills and ownership mindset
Working proficiency in English, B2 or higher
Experience with LinkedIn and ATS tools
Russian language skills would be a plus
Fintech experience would be a strong advantage
