3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
Understanding of the financial and payments industries
Experience working with payment solutions
Technical background
Higher technical education
Analytical mindset
Ability to independently analyze problems and propose ideas/improvements
Strong team communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive approach to solving complex challenges
