Own the architecture, design, and evolution of thermals for high-density, GPU-accelerated data centers
Design, validate, and optimize rack-level and server-level thermal solutions
Partner closely with data center teams to define end-to-end thermal architecture—from building infrastructure through the rack
Collaborate with world-class engineers developing next-generation AI/ML hardware platforms
Advise on data center secondary loop layout, commissioning, and operation
Review and evaluate JDM/ODM thermal designs, including thermal simulations; independently run simulations as needed
Debug complex thermal and system-level issues, incorporating learnings into future designs
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to manage heterogeneous deployments, ensuring a cohesive thermal strategy across varying CDUs, server platforms, and facilities
Drive thermal designs from early concept through mass production
Ensure designs meet high standards for efficiency, safety, reliability, and scalability
Partner with manufacturing teams to support production readiness and ramp
Actively contribute to architectural discussions, providing strong hardware design guidance and tradeoff analysis
Mentor and support the growth of junior engineers
