Staff Product Designer, AI Agents & Chat

YOUR ROLE As a Product Designer at Zip, you’ll work on real, customer-facing features across a wide product surface area for procurement, which at its essence is managing the process of helping companies buy what they need. You’ll be collaborating with other experienced designers, PMs, and engineers who care deeply about craft, collaboration, and building consumer-grade experiences for complex enterprise workflows. You’ll have direct access to our users for UX Research and testing, and the features you design will be immediately used by our users. You’ll work with a tight-knit team that values open communication and cross-functional collaboration. This role will be on our AI platform team, which will think through what are core patterns and capabilities that we need in order to power AI agent experiences across the platform. You’ll dive deep with different teams to understand how their personas can benefit from different AI features and develop repeatable interactions and patterns that can be used across multiple teams. We are looking for designers who are eager to take ownership and grow quickly by working on high-impact problems used by some of the world’s leading companies. Please note, we are looking for someone who will be able to come into our San Francisco office on a hybrid basis (3 days / week).
