10+ years of experience in technical program management or network engineering within a hyperscaler, cloud provider, or large-scale network environment
Direct experience managing the lifecycle of large-scale network deployments, including data center fabric builds, backbone expansions, or optical transport deployments
Deep understanding of data center network architectures and topologies, as well as the underlying technologies
Strong familiarity with the physical network stack, including structured cabling, optics, and hardware platforms from major vendors
Expertise in program management fundamentals and modern tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, PMP, etc.)
Familiarity with data center construction milestones and how they impact network infrastructure deployment timelines
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence matrixed, cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex network deployment challenges and project plans to all levels of the organization
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements
