Core Platform Architecture: Act as the primary architect and administrator for our core enterprise platforms: Atlassian suite (Jira & Confluence), Google Workspace, and Slack
SaaS and AI Enablement: Lead the technical strategy for enterprise-wide SaaS adoption and optimization. You will drive the roadmap for enabling AI-native capabilities across our ecosystem (e.g., Slack AI, Atlassian AI) to streamline workflows, boost employee productivity, and increase organizational velocity
Ecosystem Management: Administer, configure, and troubleshoot a diverse catalog of 30+ SaaS platforms. You will use SaaS Management Platforms (SMPs) to maintain visibility, optimize licenses, and ensure system health across the entire stack
AI-Driven Velocity: Act as an early adopter and champion of AI tools to accelerate the transition of ideas into concepts and concepts into executed solutions
Automation: Support in maintaining and improving user lifecycle workflows (onboarding/offboarding)
Audits & Optimization: Conduct regular audits of SaaS environments to identify improvements, optimize resource utilization, and enhance security posture
Documentation: Develop and maintain "source of truth" documentation for supported applications and processes for both internal employees and IT staff
Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and "bar-raising" performance
