5+ years of experience in end-to-end (UX/UI) product design, preferably within SaaS or developer-centric environments
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, communicate efficiently and share ideas early on in the process
Strategic design thinking with a deep understanding of the product lifecycle- from research and rapid prototyping to high-fidelity design and usability testing
Strong fundamentals in visual design, including typography, color, layout, composition and attention to detail
Hands-on experience working with AI tools to enhance design workflows; experience with Claude is a plus
Proficiency with Figma
Being up-to-date with industry trends and best practices such as UI trends, UX conventions, techniques and technologies. This requires you to be open-minded and a constant learner
A high level of written and spoken English
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication
Experience as a developer, or in designing developer-oriented SaaS products
Experience with Adobe Suite and other design tools
Experience creating and building a design system library
