Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture for all reusable assets and solutions developed by the R&D team
Establish architectural standards, patterns, and best practices to guide the development team
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms to meet project requirements and long-term business goals
Mentor engineers and the Development Manager on complex technical challenges and architectural principles
Lead design reviews and ensure that all solutions align with the defined architecture and security standards
Collaborate with Product Management to assess the technical feasibility of new ideas and contribute to the R&D roadmap
Prototype and spike new technologies and approaches to de-risk projects and drive innovation
