Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience
Experience applying engineering first principles to electrical system design, troubleshooting, or operations
Experience with aerospace, utility, or industrial electrical systems, including power generation, redundancy, or high-power applications
Experience supporting electrical design or operations for power distribution, protection, controls, or sequencing systems
Ability to work independently, identify and solve complex technical problems, and maintain sound judgment in high-pressure environments
Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders across diverse teams and technical backgrounds
Experience in the orbital launch industry or hands-on experience with aviation or rocket ground power systems
Familiarity with crane, elevator, or similar control and power systems
Experience working with NFPA, military, NASA, or similar regulatory requirements
Experience designing medium- to high-power electrical systems for utility or industrial facilities
Successful candidates must clear a background check administered by the US government to obtain clearance for on-site work at our government partner location in Cape Canaveral, Florida
