2+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations or HR Administration
Strong understanding of Cypriot employment Law and HR operational processes throughout the employee lifecycle
Experience working with HRIS platforms (HiBob experience is a strong advantage)
Strong process-oriented mindset with a passion for organization and continuous improvement
Experience implementing automations and optimizing repetitive workflows
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Analytical thinking with confidence working with reports, spreadsheets and HR data
Strong ownership and ability to work independently
Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English
