Engineering Manager - Frameworks

Frameworks makes Graphcore hardware work seamlessly with the tools machine learning engineers and researchers use. The team builds PyTorch support, an out-of-tree Triton backend, framework integrations, runtime components, kernels, tests, performance tooling and user documentation. Work happens across locations, so clear writing, shared context and constructive challenge matter. You will help Gdańsk engineers stay close to technical leaders, team priorities and the decisions shaping delivery. People are trusted to take responsibility, speak up and move with purpose. The team values learning, maintainability, performance, ease of use and thoughtful collaboration with open-source communities.
