● Location & Nationality: Open to everyone (all nationalities are welcome to apply). You must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Kazakhstan (KZ), Kyrgyzstan (KG) or Uzbekistan (UZ)
● Experience: 3 years of relevant professional experience
● Core Background: A proven professional background in Purchasing, Audit, or Administration
● Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Russian. Speaking Uzbek or Kazakh is a strong plus
● Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of and practical work experience in the CIS region, including familiarity with local culture, vendor networks, housing, and services
● Financial Integrity: Highly comfortable and trustworthy working with cash-based transactions
● Work Ethic: Hands-on, hardworking, proactive, and willing to take full ownership of diverse operational tasks
● Soft Skills: Excellent coordination and cross-cultural communication skills
