3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development with a focus on Copilot Studio agent design
Expertise in developing Retrieval, Task and Autonomous Copilot agents including conversation modeling and orchestration
Experience integrating enterprise systems such as SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors and Salesforce
Background in developing custom integrations including Custom Connectors, MCP Servers and Computer Use Tool
Proficiency in secure API integration using Azure Entra ID and OAuth 2.0
Knowledge of enterprise knowledge grounding using SharePoint, Dataverse and structured data systems
Skills in Power Platform governance including DLP policy enforcement and RBAC
Understanding of Responsible AI implementation and compliance with industrial IT standards
Familiarity with DEV/UAT/PROD lifecycle management and agent deployment processes
Competency in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional agent capabilities
Capability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage cross-team communication
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
