О роли
The QA Automation Traineeship at Andersen is an opportunity to strengthen your automation testing skills, work on training projects under the guidance of experienced specialists, and join the team upon successful completion of the program. Applications are open in Kazakhstan: candidates from Almaty attend the program in-office, while participants from Astana can join online.

People who want to grow in QA Automation, enjoy diving into the details, and understand that product quality is never accidental — it is the result of a systematic approach
English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (verbal communication)
Experience in Manual QA and/or successful completion of manual testing courses
Basic knowledge of automation testing tools
Programming experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#
A strong desire to learn and continuously develop technical skills
German proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
Experience writing automated tests
Understanding of CI/CD and software development processes
Participation in educational or pet projects
Experienced mentors and regular technical reviews. You'll always know what you're doing well and where you can improve
A personal coordinator. They will help you adapt, answer your questions, and support you throughout the program
Hands-on experience with real QA Automation approaches and tools. You won't just learn the theory — you'll master practices used on commercial projects
