Bachelor’s degree in related engineering discipline (or equivalent knowledge and experience)
8+ years of experience in software development life cycle, at least 5 years of which within aerospace (DO-178B/C) or other safety-critical domain
Proficiency in embedded C and familiarity with MISRA C standards
Experience in bare-metal programming with microcontrollers
Knowledge of software architecture and/or software testing methods
Perform requirement analysis and flow down to software and detail design
Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN, UART, SPI, and I²C
Proficiency with requirements management and configuration management tools
Experience of model-based development using MATLAB Simulink
Working knowledge with ARM microcontrollers
Understanding of control systems development
Basic understanding of electronics and ability to read schematics
Experience in certification programmes and in compliance demonstrations
Experience in scripting languages like Python would be an added advantage
