•Analyze student and graduate data for policy initiatives
•Handle payment processing and reconciliation
•Lead graduate employment survey and digital projects
•Liaise with colleges to collect SEN and counselling data
•Manage special educational needs operations
•Prepare reporting slides for MOE management meetings
•Process and manage student records in student administration system
•Review and refine processes for digitalisation
•Submit GES datasets to government agencies
•Tabulate and visualize survey data
