•Align AI use cases to ERM and MRM frameworks
•Coordinate AI review and approval workflows
•Coordinate responsible AI adoption change enablement
•Design AI intake and prioritization process
•Maintain AI portfolio pipeline visibility
•Maintain technology budget planning and spend tracking
•Prepare executive level status reporting
•Prepare governance reporting materials
•Support Copilot rollout and change champion network
•Track governance decisions exceptions and remediation
•Track realized business benefits
•Triage AI use case submissions
