•Analyze marketing ROI and lead conversion by source

•Automate reports

•Build and maintain dashboards for technician performance and job profitability

•Extract and clean data from ServiceTitan and Xero and ad platforms

•Identify true cost per job and guide pricing or resourcing

•Monitor job margins and flag cost overruns

•Provide weekly and monthly reporting across divisions

•Support forecasting and pricing reviews and cost reduction initiatives
