Чем предстоит заниматься
Design and develop Core Network solutions, prepare technical proposals and quotations
Support business growth by driving solution competitiveness, profitability, and successful order acquisition
Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customer stakeholders, understand business and technical requirements, and deliver tailored solutions
Present Core Network solutions and demonstrate their business and technical value
Analyze customer networks, identify evolution opportunities, and recommend appropriate Core Network development strategies
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Service, and R&D teams to ensure successful pre-sales support and project execution
Наши требования
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Core Network delivery, pre-sales, or solution management
Strong knowledge of Core Network technologies, including PS, IMS, PCRF, HSS, CS, and STP
Hands-on experience with at least one Core Network solution (PS or IMS preferred)
Experience with Huawei Core Network solutions is an advantage
Ability to analyze customer requirements and independently design Core Network solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Team player with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel for customer meetings, project support, and industry events
Good command of written and spoken English

Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station
Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30)
Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
Days off: Saturday, Sunday
Probation period: 3 months
Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English)
