Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated/high-compliance domains
Proven experience designing distributed, microservice-based, and/or high-load systems
Strong expertise in API design (REST and/or gRPC), including versioning and backward compatibility
Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), including schema design, query optimization, transactions
Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) and event-driven architecture
Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
Experience with system design for high performance and maintainability
Hands-on experience CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
