Expertise in Java or C++, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming, concurrency, and system-level programming
Proven ability to develop and optimize low-latency, high-throughput and high-availability systems
Expertise in performance tuning, memory management, and concurrency optimization
Proficient in diagnosing and resolving complex system issues using tools such as profilers, debuggers, and log analyzers
Ability to perform low-level debugging, including assembly language debugging when needed
Solid STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) education background
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, system design, and network protocols
Experience in large internet companies, with a background in developing and maintaining high-availability, high-performance systems, and hands-on experience in supporting large-scale peak traffic scenarios
Familiarity with low-latency systems, real-time applications, or high-frequency trading platforms
Knowledge of message-oriented middleware, or asynchronous programming paradigms
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or cloud platforms
Bilingualism is highly preferred (Mandarin and English) as the team will be working with stakeholders in different regions
Experience with AI technologies to improve efficiency
