Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline
5+ years of experience in Risk Strategy, Fraud Detection, Risk Product Management, Trust & Safety or related fields
Strong experience designing transaction risk strategies, fraud detection systems or review platforms
Proven ability to independently analyze large datasets, identify risk patterns and translate insights into effective risk strategies
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data analysis. Experience with Python, Spark or other analytical tools is a strong plus
Experience designing and optimizing rule engines, policy engines, risk scoring or decision engines
Strong understanding of fraud prevention, transaction risk, payment risk, account security or related risk domains
Experience designing model policies, evaluation metrics and strategy iterations for machine learning or AI-based systems
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, policy design, model evaluation and production iteration
Experience designing or implementing AI Agent workflows, AI-assisted review systems or intelligent operational processes
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to perform root cause analysis and make data-driven decisions
Excellent problem-solving skills with a high level of ownership and execution
Fluent in both English and Mandarin to support cross-functional collaboration in a global environment
Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, payments, banking or internet risk control
Experience building AI-native products or AI-powered operational systems
Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agent orchestration, tool calling and model evaluation frameworks
Experience with A/B testing, strategy experimentation and online/offline model evaluation
Knowledge of AML, KYC, payment fraud, account takeover, scam prevention or identity risk
Experience working with AI coding assistants or automation tools to improve product development efficiency
