Attention to detail, patience, and accuracy when working with large tables and a large number of interconnected parameters
The ability to figure out a system on your own, and to understand not just what a formula returns but why it returns that value
The habit of reporting the vulnerabilities and problems you find instead of keeping them to yourself
The ability to work with analytics for self-checking, either doing it yourself or setting the right tasks for verification

Experience in game development
Experience with games with a complex, multi-layered economy: 4X, RPG, strategy, battlers, midcore and live service projects, and others with a lot of resources, progression, and interconnected systems
Experience working with configs and analytics
