Чем предстоит заниматься

Design, improve, and balance core gameplay systems for a live mobile PvP game

Develop features and content for user progression, competitive modes, live events, and retention

Analyze player behavior, game performance, and feature impact to drive design decisions

Create clear design documentation, specifications, and feature briefs

Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, artists, and developers throughout feature development

Generate hypotheses, validate ideas through testing, and iterate based on data and player feedback

Contribute to long-term product vision and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Наши требования

5+ years of experience as a Game Designer in the gaming industry

Proven experience working on mobile PvP games

Experience designing and balancing systems for live-operated mobile games

Solid understanding of IAP monetization principles

Strong analytical thinking and confidence working with product metrics and player behavior data

Ability to communicate ideas clearly and create structured design documentation

English sufficient for day-to-day communication, documentation, and design discussions
