Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field — or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in graphic and/or CAD design, preferably within apparel or a global retailer
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong eye for color, composition, typography, and concept development
Possess a strong understanding of graphic and print application techniques across different fabric types, including limitations and opportunities within garment wash, dye, print, embroidery, and specialty applications
Understand factory production capabilities and application methods to proactively problem-solve during development and support efficient execution from concept through production
Versatile artwork range, with the ability to execute across a broad spectrum of design styles — from elaborate plaids, camo, watercolor, and scenic illustrations to simple dots, stripes, and clean graphics
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and effectively manage workload with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting business needs and timelines
Proven ability to multitask across graphic design, print development, packaging, trend research, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining high quality execution

Strong presentation and communication skills
