Чем предстоит заниматься
Planet is looking for a working student based in our Berlin office to support our Customer Success team. You will work alongside our Customer Success Managers, focusing primarily on fulfilling contractual reporting requirements for our most significant customers and providing essential contractual governance support
As a Working Student, you will acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete these tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, willingness to learn and takes initiative in tasks
This is a part-time (20 hours/week), hybrid role which will require you to work from our Berlin office approx. 2 days per week

Actively enrolled in a Bachelor/Master degree program
Foundational problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze simple problems, follow instructions, and seek guidance from more experienced colleagues
The ability to receive detailed instructions and work effectively under direct supervision
Professional working proficiency in English, the language of the company
Experience with Google Docs, MS Office products, or similar applications
A reliable, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Basic knowledge or an interest in the remote sensing and/or GIS industry
Experience in written communication with customers or generating usage reports
Data analysis experience or a foundational ability to translate customer data into actionable insights
French or German language proficiency
