Чем предстоит заниматься

Coordinate Scrum Meetings: Ensure smooth and effective Scrum meetings

Ensure Adherence to Scrum Principles: Guarantee the team fully embraces and practices Scrum

Facilitate Communication: Bridge between the development team and Delivery Manager for seamless collaboration

Remove Impediments: Work closely with the team to eliminate roadblocks and keep the project on track

Project Status Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about project progress

Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks, escalating when necessary

Наши требования

Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or relevant field, or equivalent experience

Extensive experience working with virtual/dispersed project teams

Proficiency in project management methodologies

Minimum 7 years of experience in software development

Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope

Exceptional consulting and negotiation skills

Fluent in English (C1/C2 level)

Essential certifications: PSMI, PSM II, PSM III, AGILE PM, at least one scaled certification (SAFe 4, LeSS Practitioner)
