Чем предстоит заниматься

You’ll work alongside talented engineers and cross-functional teams to design and build high-quality software while continuously improving the performance, reliability, and scalability of our systems

Design and build scalable technology solutions that support Trafilea’s growth and the evolution of Trafilea Engine

Develop new capabilities and continuously improve existing systems, with a strong focus on internal APIs and infrastructure

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code designed for high-scale environments

Identify technical debt, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks, and implement solutions to address them

Improve system performance, reliability, security, and scalability

Contribute to technical planning, architecture discussions, and code reviews, helping raise engineering standards

Ensure strong observability through effective logging, monitoring, alerting, and debugging practices

Document technical solutions clearly to enable effective cross-team collaboration

Help shape the backlog and connect technical decisions and KPIs with product and business priorities

4+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong Full Stack experience building and maintaining production-grade applications

Strong backend development experience with Node.js / NestJS or comparable technologies

Strong frontend development experience with React / Next.js

Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with solid experience designing and developing REST APIs

Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-based environments

Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability patterns, performance optimization, and system reliability

Experience with automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, modern development workflows, and engineering quality practices

Experience with observability and production systems, including monitoring, logging, debugging, and identifying technical debt and performance bottlenecks
