Чем предстоит заниматься
Lead and develop a team of 5-8 engineers across various experience levels
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning
Partner with Product Management and Design to define and deliver the team roadmap
Drive technical excellence through code reviews and architectural guidance
Build a high-performing team culture focused on collaboration and growth
Manage team delivery, removing blockers, and ensuring successful execution
Contribute to hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
Participate in on-call rotation and lead incident response when needed
Balance hands-on technical contribution with team enablement
Наши требования
Previous experience in B2B SaaS or marketing platforms
Background in payment systems, scheduling, or commerce platforms
Experience with Elixir, React, or similar technologies
MBA or advanced degree in a related field
5+ years of software development experience with 2+ years of people management
Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams
Strong technical background with the ability to provide architectural guidance
Experience with agile development and delivery management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Track record of building inclusive, high-performing teams
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity for your team
Experience with remote team management and async collaboration

At Boulevard, we work hard to structure compensation in a way that balances internal equity with local market competitiveness, and we’re happy to share a good-faith estimate of the base salary range for this role. For candidates in NYC, the SF Bay Area, and Seattle, the anticipated base salary range is $173,000 - $216,500 per year. For all other U.S. locations, the anticipated base salary range is $153,500 - $211,200 per year. In addition to this base compensation, this role may be eligible to participate in a variable compensation program. Final compensation will vary based on a variety of factors, which include but are not limited to applicable experience, location, and final leveling
