Role Overview We're hiring a Junior Instructional Designer (Project-Based / Part-Time / Full-Time) to help us craft, refine, and scale the materials that power our training sessions. You will work closely with our core learning design team to apply sound adult learning practices and ensure every deck, plan, and resource meets Bundle's high standards for quality, engagement, and consistency. This is a remote, hands-on opportunity perfect for a detail-obsessed designer who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You won't be building from scratch on day one; instead, you'll focus on formatting, updating, and tailoring existing content to match our proven frameworks while leveraging modern AI tools to streamline your workflow.
