Act as a key technical lead in the team, guiding and mentoring more junior engineers to create and maintain a high-quality technical environment
Represent the team in different technical forums, being able to document, negotiate, and convince different stakeholders across various levels and chapters
Anticipate technical and product issues, making appropriate design decisions to avoid them
Deep dive into problems to identify root causes and deliver innovative solutions that address team-level challenges with a focus on medium and long-term impact
Understand the technical aspects, capabilities, and limitations of our systems, contributing to discussions and improvements
Contribute to our Computing product strategy, working closely with peers and Product Managers
