Conduct research on visa and travel issues, find the optimal ways of cost savings
Work with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other suppliers to ensure quality service and competitive rates. Track travel expenses and monitor budget utilization across departments and projects
Prepare regular reports on travel spending, savings, and cost variances
Promote adherence to corporate travel policies and recommend improvements when necessary
Support the implementation of new travel tools, systems, or vendors
Ensure compliance with relevant global and regional travel regulations
Serve as a point of contact for escalations related to travel services
Collect feedback from employees to improve travel services and travel experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field preferred
2–5 years of experience in corporate travel management or a similar role within a global organization
Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., SAP Concur, Amadeus, Sabre, or similar)
Experience with budgeting, expense reporting, and financial analysis
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams across time zones
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and handle urgent travel issues outside normal business hours when necessary
Proficiency in English
