Наши требования
The one who understands the value of structured business analysis in optimizing organizational processes and wants to build a career in Business Analysis
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English/German/French (verbal communication)
A strong theoretical base in BA, successfully completed Business Analyst in IT courses
Participation in relevant competitions, olympiads, or business analyst conferences
Previous healthcare, consulting, international law, finance (banking, insurance, accounting, audit) experience
Experienced mentors and regular technical checkpoints — you always understand your current level and next steps
Personal curator — supports you throughout the journey and helps you stay on track even in challenging moments
