Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline
15+ years of experience in data center design, construction, commissioning, or operational readiness within mission-critical environments
Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical infrastructure systems including power distribution, cooling systems, controls, generators, UPS systems, and critical plant operations
Proven experience managing distressed or high-risk infrastructure projects and driving corrective action plans to successful completion
Demonstrated ability to rapidly assess active project sites, identify execution risks, and develop mitigation and recovery strategies
Deep knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, turnover planning, and fit-out coordination for large-scale data center projects
Demonstrated experience coordinating across design teams, general contractors, commissioning agents, vendors, and operations organizations
Strong understanding of project scheduling methodologies, construction dependencies, and critical path management
Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
Ability to lead technical issue resolution and drive decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups in dynamic project environments
Professional Engineer (PE), PMP, or commissioning-related certification
Experience supporting hyperscale, HPC, or AI-focused data center environments
Familiarity with commissioning processes, integrated systems testing (IST), and operational turnover procedures
Experience working across global or multi-region data center deployment programs
Knowledge of industry standards including Uptime Institute, NFPA, ASHRAE, and IEEE
