ABOUT THE JOB Midjourney is an independent research lab exploring new mediums of thought and expanding the imaginative powers of the human species. We are a small, self-funded team focused on design, human infrastructure, and AI.

О роли

Most of the products we build don’t have obvious precedents. We need product managers who can help teams navigate that uncertainty, make decisions, and turn ambitious ideas into products people can actually use. We’re looking for a Product Manager to help lead that effort.

Чем предстоит заниматься

Own the execution of major product initiatives

Partner closely with design and engineering from early exploration through launch

Write product requirements, manage backlogs, and keep projects moving

Facilitate planning, standups, reviews, and comms between teams

Help teams make informed decisions through UXR, research, and using Midjourney deeply yourself

Go deep on important product questions when needed, whether that means conducting user research, designing experiments, or working through a difficult product tradeoff

Help teams decide what matters most and make smart choices about quality, scope, and speed
