5+ years of experience in data-related projects such as data migration, data transformation, data governance, BI, and AI
3+ years of expertise in handling BI, DWH, Data and Analytical project requirements including gathering, documenting, presenting, estimating, and prioritizing
Proficiency in end-to-end data and analytics project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Proven experience in working with large datasets and performing data profiling using SQL queries
Strong understanding of DWH fundamentals, Data Modeling and Data Quality
Proficiency in preparing source-to-target mappings for data ingestion, curation, and related processes
Experience in BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau for data transformation, modeling, and visualization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the customer's communication language
Ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports
Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and lead client interactions
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Experience with data on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS and GCP
Ability to create prototypes and mock-ups
Familiarity with the Data Governance framework
Experience collaborating with data scientists and defining requirements for AI-focused features
Familiarity with AI tools for BI analysis, information elicitation, documentation, agile workflows and data analysis
Industry knowledge in oil and gas, finance, insurance, supply chain or marketing
Ability to act as a Data Product Owner in analytical projects
