Monitor the health and performance of automations and integrations you own; proactively identify degradation, data inconsistencies, or failure patterns before they impact business operations
Conduct root-cause analysis of integration failures or automation breakdowns and drive durable fixes — not just incident patches
Maintain runbooks and operational documentation so that platform behavior is understandable and recoverable by the broader team
Gather feedback from business stakeholders and iterate on existing automations to improve accuracy, reduce edge cases, and adapt to evolving GTM processes
Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Customer Success stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-scoped technical solutions
Work closely with GTM Systems Engineering, DevOps, and BSA teammates on architecture decisions, intake prioritization, and delivery execution
Contribute to the GTM Systems Engineering operating model: maintain task hygiene, communicate proactively on large initiatives, and log AI/automation work in the team's AI Excellence registry
Serve as a subject matter expert for business systems automation and AI — educating stakeholders on what's possible and setting realistic expectations on scope and delivery
Ownership: You take full responsibility for the systems you build — from reliability and documentation to stakeholder trust and continuous improvement. You don't hand off and walk away
Velocity: You move fast, iterate, and ship. You know when "good enough and deployed" beats "perfect and blocked," and you never sacrifice reliability or data integrity to get there
AI & Automation mindset: You default to asking "how can an agent or LLM handle this?" before reaching for a manual workflow — experimenting confidently and evaluating critically
Collaboration: You bridge the gap between technical architecture and business impact, asking clarifying questions, challenging assumptions respectfully, and earning trust with the stakeholders you support
Growth: You stay current on emerging AI capabilities, evaluate what's production-ready, and continuously raise the bar on what GTM systems can do
