What Success Looks Like
A successful Omnichannel TPM makes complex programs easier to execute and merchant relationships easier to manage
They create clarity, identify risks early, align teams around shared goals, and ensure critical initiatives deliver measurable outcomes. They also build strong relationships with merchants, understand their challenges, and ensure Flexport responds quickly and effectively when issues arise
The goal is not more process – it is better execution, stronger accountability, and a better merchant experience across Flexport's Omnichannel network
