We’ll be scaling even faster in 2026 to keep pace with our customer growth. Where we work Owner is a remote-first, global company headquartered in San Francisco, with a sales hub in Toronto. Why we’re looking for you Running a restaurant is a constant stream of decisions, exceptions, and tradeoffs. Most restaurant software gives operators more outputs: more dashboards, more alerts, more settings, more reports, and more things to check. Owner is built around a different idea: software should help restaurants achieve outcomes. Our mobile and desktop experiences combine the essential tools operators need to run the business with the intelligence to tell them what matters, what to do next, and increasingly help do it for them. We’re hiring a Principal Product Manager to own and scale this AI-native operator experience for restaurants. You’ll bring together the daily workflows operators rely on, from orders and guest issues to settings, performance, and growth opportunities. The goal is a cohesive product experience that turns signals into clear recommendations, simple actions, and trusted AI-assisted execution. This is a hands-on, forward-deployed builder PM role for someone who wants to be close to the work: in restaurants, in kitchens, in text threads with operators, and alongside our frontline teams. You’ll pair that direct operator intuition with strong product taste and the technical judgment required to ship automation in messy, real-world workflows involving orders, menus, integrations, data quality, permissions, and reliability. This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
