Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL
Proven experience developing custom Salesforce applications and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and development lifecycle in Salesforce (SFDX, Git, DX CLI, etc.)
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a strong plus)
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Experience with third-party Salesforce apps (e.g., Conga, DocuSign, CPQ, etc.)
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset
Understanding of large-scale data migration, data quality, and deduplication strategies
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Asana
Knowledge of industry-specific Salesforce implementations (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud)
