Advanced expertise in software architecture, with proven experience designing scalable, reliable, and maintainable enterprise-grade systems
Deep knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud-native architecture patterns (AWS, Azure, or GCP), as well as architect-level or hands-on knowledge of at least one major cloud provider
Strong proficiency with at least one major technology stack – .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js – with deep hands-on development or architecture expertise
Practical experience with architecture documentation methodologies and standards
Solid understanding of pre-sales and solution shaping activities, including estimation, technical proposal preparation, and architecture review processes
Proven experience consulting clients on technical architecture decisions and cross-domain technology topics in complex delivery environments
Bachelor's or master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field
Business-level English with strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with core banking systems, middleware, digital frontend frameworks, and financial services integration patterns
Familiarity with AI, ML, cybersecurity, data platforms, or enterprise automation technologies
Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SEI (certification preferred)
Vendor certifications in relevant technology pillars, such as cloud, security, networking, or data
Experience in partner enablement, technical training delivery, or multi-vendor IT distribution environments
