5+ years of product design experience working on complex, data-heavy or developer-facing products
A strong eye for design, with deep care for layout, motion, affordances, and visual polish
A design portfolio that showcases your ability to design software that is beautiful, powerful, and intuitive
Comfort designing for technical users and engaging with engineers on implementation tradeoffs
Experience with AI-native surfaces: chat interfaces, agent-driven workflows, or explainability and trust patterns
A prototype-first mindset; you'd rather show it than describe it
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to PMs, engineers, and leadership
Background in or deep familiarity with observability, monitoring, or incident response workflows
Experience designing CLI-adjacent or developer tooling surfaces
Familiarity with Observability tools
Prior experience at a startup or acquisition-stage product team
