With multiple launches in 2027 and plans to scale to 100 satellites a year, we're Building Bigger — helping develop the solar system and build toward a Kardashev Type II (K2) civilization. Чем предстоит заниматься

As a Build Engineer, you’ll support the build campaign of K2’s Mega class satellite as it moves to high-rate production. You’ll partner with Production to develop the build flow for your systems and help identify opportunities to increase build efficiency. Our ideal candidate is able to juggle competing priorities and interact positively with a wide array of people

Develop integration planning and build flows for several vehicle systems

Work closely with production to implement solutions that increase build efficiency

Collaborate with engineers and technicians to disposition nonconformances and evaluate any corrective actions

Support proto-qual testing

Evaluate proposed designs for manufacturability and integration

Наши требования

Bachelor’s degree in electrical, aerospace, mechanical, computer, or other engineering discipline

2+ years of experience in an integration engineering role (includes internships and hardware-intensive extracurricular projects)

Experience creating, improving, or deleting production process and workflows

Experience interacting with CAD software and CAD models

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Expert multitasking skills with the ability to juggle priorities while maintaining focus to deliver against program goals

Experience working in a clean room and with ESD-sensitive equipment

Experience creating GSE, tooling, or shipping containers to support production operations

Experience or exposure in a test or automation role

Experience with GraphQL

Proficient in Python and/or Rust

Experience with Linux systems

Base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 + equity in the company
